Where do I start with Andy & Mia. Apart from being the ultimate professionals, they are just wonderful, genuine people who put their heart and soul into giving their clients the best experience possible.
If you’re into photography and you want to capture this region of China at it’s best, I can promise you, you will not find more knowledgeable and accomodating guides anywhere. It’s obvious they put a huge amount of effort into making sure you come away with best shots possible. Their aim is to give you the opportunity to take away a portfolio shot each day, and they weren’t kidding!
They’re both fluent Mandarin speakers, who have a great relationship with the locals. This allows them to give us the chance to get the best shots, often in locations that your average tourist never see. What also sets them apart is that they are expert and passionate about their photography, as they were as excited as we were to get some great shots. This is the first time I’ve heard a couple having a disagreement about ISO settings, how refreshing 🙂
Everything ran like clockwork, rearranging the schedule flawlessly on occasion, to take advantage of the best conditions at the time. I absolutely loved the lodging and food arrangements, they have painstakingly looked at every angle for their tours.
